Kindly be informed that Reference Proceedings will be held at the Johor Bahru High Court to honour the following deceased members of the Johore Bar. Justice Tuan Atan Mustaffa Yussof Ahmad, Senior Judge of the High Court in Johor Bahru will be presiding over the said proceedings. Reference Proceedings are held by the Bar with the support of the High Court and the Attorney General’s Chambers to honour the deceased members of the Bar. It is an occasion to celebrate and recollect the late member’s life at the Bar and his/her contribution to the Bar. It is important that we attend the Proceedings in order to keep this tradition alive. The Committee urges all members to attend the proceedings not only to pay respect to our departed colleagues but also to show our support and commitment for the proceedings to be continued in future. Members are also invited to refreshments thereafter.
