The late Mr Low Kian Boon was born on 16th July 1953. Mr Low served in the Royal Malaysian Customs and Excise Department. He graduated from University of Malaya with 2nd Class Upper Bachelor of Laws Degree. He chambered at Messrs. Abdul Razak Ahmad & Co.and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor on 24th April 1986. In 1988, he was appointed Magistrate in Batu Pahat and later served as Deputy Registrar of the High Courts of Sabah and Sarawak. He also served as Legal Aid Bureau Director of Selangor. He retired from the Judicial and Legal Service to practice law in 1996.
Mr Low Kian Boon passed away at the age of 46 and leaves behind his wife and 2 children.
