- A discussion on the cases which face the jurisdiction conflict between the Civil and Syariah courts.

About the Speakers
Fahda Nur Ahmad Kamar is an active Syariah and Civil law practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience in practice and is an avid Women’s Rights Activist. She is currently the Managing Partner of Messrs Fahda Nur & Yusmadi. Fahda Nur is a member of the Bar Council Syariah Law Committee and frequently gives talks for NGOs in matters relating to Syariah law.
Fadhil Ihsan will serve as Moderator.
CPD points will be given upon completion of the whole session to participants who have attended until the end of the event.
