Circular No. 57/18: Request For Feedback from Members on Issues and Problems with Pejabat Pengarah Tanah Dan Galian Johor

The Conveyancing Sub-Committee will be having a dialogue session with Pejabat Pengarah Tanah Dan Galian Johor (“PTG”) to highlight issues and problems faced by members in relation to conveyancing work connected with PTG or any of the land offices concerned.

Therefore, the Sub-Committee requests for feedback and information from members on the issues and problems which are of a general nature encountered by members with PTG or any of the land offices concerned. Such feedback and information may be anecdotal in nature though preferably the same should be supported by a write-up and the documents concerned. The Sub-Committee will endeavor to bring forth these problems and issues for discussion, clarification and resolution wherever possible and applicable, with PTG at the proposed meeting.
