The Conveyancing Sub-Committee intends to request for meetings with the following authorities with a view to seek clarification on the problems and the issues faced by members:
(a) The Land Registry, Johor.
(b) The Stamp Office.
(c) The Real Property Gains Tax Department.
Therefore, the Sub-Committee requests for feedback and information from members on the issues and problems which are of a general nature encountered by members with the aforesaid authorities. The Sub-Committee will bring forth these problems and issues for discussion and clarification with the authorities concerned at such meetings.
