The Pejabat Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Johor (PTG Johor) has issued a letter dated 26 May 2026 regarding corrections and deletions for Instruments under the National Land Code 1965. The content of which is self-explanatory is attached here. The Johore Bar Committee will be meeting with PTG Johor soon to discuss the implementation and seek clarifications.
Members facing issues with rejected Instruments due to corrections are requested to forward the details to the Corporate and Conveyancing Sub Committee on or before 31 May 2026.
